Q: What is your return policy?

A: Items may be returned within 14 days after item was received, in original packaging, for a refund (not including shipping costs). Please contact us before returning item so that we may assist you better. Call us toll free at 1-877-224-6997 or email us. Please note: Return policy only applies to Store Inventory items NOT auction items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes we do. Also, please take advantage of our shipping discount when purchasing more than one item.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: Unless otherwise specified, items are usually shipped within 72 business hours. There are cases where an item may be delayed due to backorders. Please feel free to email about the status if it has been more than 10 business days since payment was received.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A: Shipping cost is determined by location and weight. We ship via Fed Ex and USPS. There is no handling charge

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we can but you must email us at for your cost.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my Golf Bag?

A: Unless otherwise stated, ALL golf bags are custom made to order. It may take 2-4 weeks for delivery in the U.S. and 4-8 weeks internationally. If you have not received your golf bag after 4 weeks of payment received, please call or email us to check on the status.

Q: I don't have a paypal account but want to pay by credit card. What do I do?

A: Please, do NOT email credit card information, for security purposes. Give us a call toll free at 877-224-6997. Be sure to have your credit card, eBay item number, billing/shipping information ready when you call. Make sure to mention it's an eBay order.

Q: I am unhappy with my transaction. What do I do?

A: By all means, PLEASE contact us first for ANY comments, questions, or concerns. Most problems can be fixed EASILY and we're more than happy to help. Again, do not hesitate to ask either via email or phone.

Q: I received my item today. Why does it look different than pictured?

A: Sometimes logo items' colors and style will change without notice. They can change so quickly, it's a little tough to keep up. If you are still unhappy with it, please feel free to contact us.
